About the Forum

MahaRERA Conciliation and Dispute Resolution Forum has been formed with an objective to facilitate resolution of disputes harmoniously, thereby saving cost and time of litigation to parties and State, promoting greater public satisfaction with legal system and dispute resolution. At the core of the forum are the two stake holder’s viz. Consumers’ Association and Promoters’ Association.

The main benefits of the Forum are as below:
