The Complainant informs us that the matter has been amicably settled as per the
Consent Terms and certain undertakings have also been given. The Conciliation
Success Report dated 15.02.2023 has been uploaded by the Conciliation Forum.
In view thereof, the matter stands disposed with consent terms on record and
undertakings given be treated as the undertakings given to the Authority. Parties
at liberty to approach the Authority in the event of Non-compliance.
